SILAE_Brazilian Journal of Pharmacognsosy Special Issue on Ethnopharmacology.

The issue will cover: Documentation of human medical knowledge of plants, animals, fungi, algae, minerals, microorganisms; and their derivatives;
Urban and rural Ethnopharmacology; Drugs with use restrictions (contraindications, adverse events, toxicity, drug interactions); Human displacement and medical knowledge; Historical and contemporary literature as tools for Ethnopharmacology;  Diffuse knowledge versus private knowledge; Criteria for selection of natural resources such as medicine by many cultures; Healing and religious rituals; Quantitative and qualitative approaches in Ethnopharmacology; Ethnopharmacology and natural resource management; Ethics and Policy in Ethnopharmacology.
